I took my 16-year-old son to have his ear pierced, and we had a fantastic experience. Sophie was absolutely lovely from start to finish – friendly, professional, and really put my son at ease. She explained everything clearly, made the whole process quick and comfortable, and gave great aftercare advice. The studio was clean, welcoming, and had a great atmosphere.
