Got both my conch and lobes pierced and Sophie just made me feel so relaxed and comfortable and talked me through the whole process. A great experience, just felt so at ease with Sophie and she’s just very kind.

Took my daughter today for her ears pierced.

Sophie is so lovely and really great with my daughter both at the piercing and downsizing. There were some issues with recurring swelling and Sophie explained clearly what needs to be done. Thanks so much. It’s been a wonderful experience. Will recommend!
