Sophie is absolutely fantastic! Had two lobe piercings and they look great. The whole experience was calm and I felt at total ease from the second I walked through the door. Sophie explained every step which made me feel informed and relieved the inevitable anxiety that comes with pain! The piercings themselves were so quick and (almost) pain free. I’d recommend Sophie to anyone.

Sophie was so lovely, she went through everything with me before doing it and as she was doing it. She made me feel at ease from start to finish. I felt a little faint and sick afterwards and she didnt make it into a big deal, helped me feel better.
