My daughter had an issue with her piercing, which Sophie helped us with, she was absolutely brilliant and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I took my 10 year old daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time. Sophie was excellent - confident and chatty but not in your face, and put my daughter at ease by explaining everything as it happened. My daughter is sensitive and was nervous but came away feeling empowered and her ears didn’t hurt anymore within an hour. Thank you very much Sophie!

2nd time came to Sophie and she has been absolutely amazing both times! Very knowledgeable with lots of experience. Made me feel very relaxed and took time to explain all in details. My daughter was really happy with the great selection of studs as well. Would definitely recommend any probably be back again for more piercings
