I had a helix piercing done by Sophie and it was a really positive experience from start to finish. She was incredibly welcoming and immediately put me at ease. Throughout the appointment, she clearly talked me through each stage and step of the process, which made everything feel very transparent and comfortable.

What I really appreciated was how she checked in with me at every point—not just to make sure I understood what was happening, but also to confirm I was happy to proceed. That level of care and communication made a big difference.

She also had a great selection of earrings to choose from, which made it easy to find something I loved. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Sophie if you’re considering a piercing!
